Top company is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team of creatives. This is a permanent senior position in Johannesburg. This is a position for an enthusiastic, artistic, experienced and efficient candidate with a passion for what's new and trending, and has experience in online marketing. The successful candidate must relish the challenge of creating ground breaking campaigns with stunning graphics, and constantly keep up to date with tools and techniques and be constantly aware of how the field is developing and changing. The clients are based internationally and the company is looking for the TOP Creative Designer to join the team.
Duties & Responsibilities
The following duties and responsibilities are essential:
- Work to deadlines
- Maintain a high level of productivity
- Work as project lead to deliver successful projects
- Delivery of Graphics as per project requirements on your own and in multi-person environments
- Provide technical guidance and instruction to other members of the team if necessary
- Willing to accept instruction from other members of the team when the project calls for it
- Able to work without supervision
- Daily Emails: editing/populating responsive templates
- Developing Graphics for fully repsonsive Landing Pages
- Create marketing assets such as banners
- Create Direct Mailing Print Campaigns in different platforms
- Create Motion Graphics
- Designing graphics and maintain content for Websites
- Keep existing promotional pages up to date with campaign graphics that are current
- Suggest concepts and design all artwork for monthly Direct Mail Campaigns consisting of Brochures, Cover Letters for print production
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Excellent language skills
- Design Diploma/Degree and World Class portfolio for our perusal
- A true creative flair and a genuine passion for Web Design
- Minimum 5 years experience of Graphic Design
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong layout and design skills for websites/landing pages/emails/ branding/ corporate identity/ logo design/ animated gifts/ etc
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Adobe Animate
- CSS3
- Bootstrap
- Web Design
- Undertsanding of HTML.5 a preferred advantage
- JavaScript experience an advantage
- Solid understanding of Print Design
- Follow current web standards
- Have a clear understanding of Cross Browser and Device Design and Testing
- Learn in-house CRM platform /system environment
- Self discipline and good time management skills
