Description
St Nicholas Diocesan School is an Independent, Co-ed, Day and Boarding, Anglican School situated in the heart of Pietermaritzburg, catering for pupils from Grade RR to Grade 12. Its aim is to offer an excellent independent education and to provide a secure and caring environment where children from diverse backgrounds and cultures are given opportunities to realise their full potential. Responsibilities
- Relevant teaching qualification with English as a major subject
- IEB experience would be beneficial but is not a pre requisite
- SACE registration
- Police clearance certificate
- Passionate about teaching and working with young people
- Passionate about making a difference
- Significant level of computer literacy
- Commitment and ability to participate in the pastoral, cultural and extramural activities of the school
- Work effectively as a member of a team
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills with colleagues, students and parents
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Uphold the Christian ethos of the school
