Description
Global Financial Services company seeks a Head of Marketing with Financial Services experience.
This is a key role in the South African commercial team and will report directly into the Chief Commercial Officer and be a key contributor to the evolution and impact that marketing has across the Group.
Desired Experience & Qualification
A seasoned Head of Marketing, with a track record of using the power of end to end marketing to grow businesses in financial services / FinTech.
A global team player, energised by collaborating and leading across cultures and geographies. Proven success in delivering innovative and engaging localised marketing strategies across multiple international markets, leveraging and creating global best practice.
Demonstrated commercial and analytical acumen that can expertly prioritise and navigate a complex environment, and continually improve marketing performance
Experience of creating and driving successful engagement, loyalty and retention programmes, leveraging Salesforce and external digital and social channels.
Expert in stakeholder engagement and building partnerships in a matrix environment making the complexity of a modern Marketing function simple to understand.
An ability to develop and execute highly effective, commercial go to market plans through collaboration with several teams within a matrix system.
