Description

We are looking for an ambitious and customer-orientated Customer Service Executive - Virtual/Live Chat, with outstanding communication skills, to join the AnyVan team. The role will include dealing with a high amount of inbound and outbound calls and liaising between customers and internal teams to close issues and increase conversion rates. To be successful in this role you should be courteous and professional whilst able to work efficiently. This candidate will demonstrate exemplary communication, both verbal and written, in relation to customer service skills inclusive of strong negotiation skills. We are in for the long run and we are looking for dedicated professionals who can apply their skills and knowledge and further develop their talent.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Handling live-chat queries, and emails within 24 hour reporting deadline, identifying, reporting, and resolving issues such as adverse events, product quality complaints, general enquiries & on the day enquiries.
  • Handling of Live Chat monitoring per rota. Must have Live/Virtual Chat experience.
  • Proactive and direct contact with customers, providing solutions & feedback to improve business and consumer satisfaction.
  • All clients will be UK based and experience in this market is advantegous.
  • Taking accurate, verbatim notes.
  • Continued self-learning of all new processes and policies.
  • Any other duties as required by the department - flexibility and accuracy are key.
  • Monthly test provided and regular training and updates provided.

About You

  • Customer service experience + 2 years Live/Virtual Chat experience is a must
  • Candidates MUST be able to type 65+ WPM
  • Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
  • Great communication and written English
  • Thrives in high pressure environments.
  • Must be able to succeed on a team as well as a self-starter
  • Ambitious, outgoing, and professional
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
