Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Lead a software development team (people management/task/process and project driven)
- Must be acquainted with all the policies, procedures and technical issues related to software programming
- Proven ability to architect and operates at large scale
- Architect .NET and database-based solutions by studying existing technology architecture; analyzing browser compatibility techniques; evaluating solution alternatives; developing prototypes; and writing detailed technical requirements
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of technology and instils the principles of this culture in a team of 10 developers
- Work together with senior software developers to plan and execute projects
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule trade-offs and resourceful new ideas with technical employees
