Description
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and distributing of multi-span greenhouses in South Africa and neighboring countries, is looking for a dynamic Site Foreman.
Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervises and coordinates the work of workers on building projects.
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities.
- Receive stock and stocktaking.
- Able to read plans.
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget.
- Resolve problems when they arise.
- Report on progress to Project Manager.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Experience
- 2 – 4 years experience in Construction.
- A valid driver’s license.
- A valid Passport.
Qualification
- Matric
Package & Remuneration
± R 15 000 CTC (Negotiable – depends on experience)
