Description
Our large well-established client with national offices and global clients has an URGENT need for a Senior MS Dynamics NAV Application Support Consultant to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Product expert on MS Dynamics Nav
- Product support across clients
- Ability to draft functional documents of clients needs and hand over to Developers
- Responsible for testing changes and obtaining sign off from clients
- Ability to merge changes into product
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Relevant 3-year degree or diploma
- Relevant certifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in MS Dynamics Nav
- Experience on Dynamics 365 Business Central would be a huge advantage
- Solid business process skills
- Strong documentation skills of functional requirements
- Knowledge of SQL which would allow you to databases
