A global manufacturing powerhouse is looking for a highly experienced Finance and Plant controler (Senior Management Accountant). With a rich history spanning over more than a century and over 200 production sites and offices on almost every continent worldwide you will be joining a legend in the manufacturing and automotive sector. Due to vast volumes, size of the business and complexity of their products you need to be highly experienced in running a production plant and its full finance function from beginning to end to be successful within this position. At a quick glance you will take responsibility for the controlling of a manufacturing plant, optimising plant financial performance, ensuring financial procedure compliance, system implementation, improvement and optimisation, act as the business partner for plant management and providing recommendation to management, governance, cost reduction initiatives, plant finance performance turnaround strategy and much more. Education
- Completed Finance Qualification
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 4 years Plant based / factor-based experience within a financial capacity
- SAP or other ERP experience
- Experience gained within the automotive / manufacturing of items for the automotive sector – highly advantageous
