Description

Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring accurate, real-time visibility of the sales team’s performance.
    • Comparing individual performances within a sales team.
    • Reviewing forecasting to ensure the targets are realistic.
    • Working with various team members to create, communicate and explain the compensation implications of the sales objectives.
    • Maintaining the CRM and other sales tools.
    • Overall responsibility for the quality of the data in SFC.
    • Responsible for the quality and integrity of the data.
    • Working with the various team members to ensure each marketing initiative has defined, agreed upon goals and ensure the success of each one.
    • Ensuring overall lead generation programs have defined goals.
    • Ensuring there is closed-loop analytics with sales.
    • Strategic knowledge and experience growing our clients contact list organically.
    • Working with the marketing team to minimize list decay.
    • Keeping up to date the existing Salesforce data by using other tools and processes.
    • Evaluating new technologies and add-on applications.
Profile

Skills / Experience:

  • 5 years’ experience in a Senior Sales Operations role.
  • At least 5 years with Salesforce (SFC admin certified is a major plus).
  • Proven success in contributing to the overall company sales success.
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing automation software.
  • Significant experience in implementing best practice sales processes.
  • Proven ability to enforce the defined processes.
  • Experience marketing to large enterprises and co-marketing and co-selling.
  • In-depth knowledge of big data analysis.
  • Demonstrated data analytics ability to critically look at performance data and draw constructive conclusions from the results.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Driving / Travel Requirements:

  • Must hold a current valid driver’s license and passport.
  • Must be able to travel from time to time.
  • You must have the legal right to work in South Africa.
