Description
Exciting opportunity to join our clients Staff Outsourcing Division. The role will be focused on servicing of existing clients as well as new business development, where you will be required to hunt for new business. To be successful, you need to be target drivien with a proven sales track record within the Service Industry. You will need to possess a strong sales profile, and have good networking skills. My client is looking to appoint someone with an outgoing nature and who has high energy levels, combined with an ability to build strong relationships and provide their clients with excellent customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing of quotations/proposals/
- Prospecting for new business
- Identify and segment target markets
- Setting & achieving daily sales activity goals
- Networking to establish the KES Brand within the marketplace
- New business development
- Submit Weekly Sales Report and Monthly Sales Report
Desired Experience & Qualification
Your skills and experience will include the following:
- Matric
- Valid, unendorsed drivers license
- 3yrs experience within the staffing outsourced service industry would be ideal
- Strong computer literacy in Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet
- Billingual in English and Afrikaans
- Basic understanding of Wages and Payroll
- Knowledge of BCEA
