We are looking for a Recruitment Inspector (aka Recruitment Administrator with extraordinary skills) to work on our new recruitment system, ensuring that Job Descriptions are accurately matched to the right candidate. The role is to be the final call on application, data capturing, always ensuring 99% attention to detail and ensuring you work out how to automate processes as best as possible. This is a new role in our team, so someone who can take the lead, run with tasks, and share feedback timeously is required.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Screening applications
  • Matching jobs to candidates
  • Giving feedback to a recruitment system
  • Teaching a machine what to do (don’t worry this is the easy part)
  • Feedback to the team on what is working and happening
  • Working with clients virtually when required
  • Data capturing when required
  • Able to automate the process when required
  • Research ideas when required
  • Monitoring trends and best practice to deliver innovative and exciting solutions that meet changing business requirements
  • Rock the targets weekly (we are a high-performance team, so you need to enjoy targets, high performance)

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Currently living in South Africa – with a working home office (wi-fi, uncapped data, laptop)
  • Experience in Recruitment (MUST) – 1 - 2 years
  • Preference to have experience in Recruitment or Job Portals or Job Boards or Software systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (we are detailed and expect you to know how to write in English with perfect English)
  • Experience of early stage businesses (we are not a corporate)
  • Able to work full time
  • Must enjoy administration
  • Crushing targets is what you do

  • High attention to detail
