Description
Seeking a Full time Accountant for a small Investment Property company involved in asset and property management. This company is experiencing Rapid Growth and so they are seeking a qualified and experienced individual that is also interested in working with the owner of the company towards taking the company even further.
This individual will have full exposure to all aspects of the business and will be involved in aspects such as:
Analysing property investment opportunities
Invoicing Tenants
Bank Reconciliations
VAT Returns
Dealing with tenant and supplier billing queries and payments
Drafting financial statements and
Financial Compliance
