Responsibilities:

- Driving business strategy.

- Optimising team value and deliverables.

- Leading an Agile, high performing, cross-functional team.

- Assisting with the development of the team.

- Managing delivery workstreams to deliver quality products.

- Managing the product backlog to align with the product roadmap and business strategy.

- Prioritising and planning the work, assessing scope and timelines for completion.

- IT strategy delivery, solution design, program and project delivery across multiple business workstreams.

- Working with delivery teams that will design / deliver the optimal products / features.
Profile
Qualifications:
- IT degree or Business Analyst qualification.
- CSPO (Certified Product Owner Certification).
Skills / Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Product Owner.
- Business analysis and systems implementation experience.
- Understanding of the software delivery life cycle.
- A background in Software development or technical competency is essential.
- Experience in the following:
- Cross-functional teams.
- Agile, Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with the following tools would be advantageous:
- Jira, MS Teams, Smartsheet.
