- Staffing
- Costing
- Compiling production and management reports
- Colour matching at each site.
- Staff assessment and training
- Stock control
- Quality control
- Customer liaison

Desired Experience & Qualification
3 -5 years mixing and matching paint colour
able to run a plant on his/her own
