Duties & Responsibilities
- Managerial experience managing Retails and Wholesale store environment of the FMCG industry
- Hands on management control in the retail and wholesale environment managing teams from afar and on site; Ensuring productivity targets achieved in line with the set business objectives
- Ensuring tea control from buying, merchandising, finance control and overall management of the units under the persons direction
Experience required:
- 5 years plus management control of a retail and or wholesale environment, FMCG; must be hands on and “get his / her hands dirty” approach; must understand the business objective and approach to meet the business needs
