The Role
AnyVan operates a non-asset network meaning we have to manage supply and demand levels closely. This person will be part of a team of transport coordinators covering all demand and planning.
This is an incredibly fast paced role, multi-tasking and being able to think on your feet to sort operational problems are essential to succeed.
Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple operational tasks, prioritising those which are time sensitive whilst having good commercial awareness.
- Operated in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail and calm under pressure.
- Operational experience in transport, or a similar fast paced industry.
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Helping to build and lead a best-in-class continuous improvement strategy/framework
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Must be extremely organised and enjoy building tools to facilitate yours and your team members work

- Salary: R15,000 - R25,000 per month (Depending on experience) + 20% monthly performance bonus.
