Duties & Responsibilities
We're on the lookout for some out of the box thinking, left-field ideas and a little bit of a wacky personality. At IQbusiness our creative consulting team works hand in hand with our clients to create pieces of artistic brilliance, to help train and develop their people.
Within our creative Learning team, the Multimedia Designer will collaborate with Instructional Designers and Quality Assurance to produce the best solution for the client environment.

Key Responsibilities and/or output areas include, but are not limited to:
- Conceptualise and brainstorm creative design ideas
- Development of learning material such as e-courses and assessments, simulations, interactive PDFs, infographics and videos
- Apply Quality Assurance (QA) of deliverables across projects
- Research new e-learning and mobile learning technologies
- Drive personal and team upskilling and collaboration
- Attention to detail, on design and overall balance i.e. colour, spacing, layout, negative space
- Effectively troubleshoot technical course-related issues
Requirements
- Qualification in Multimedia Design or equivalent field
- 2 + years' experience within e-learning design
- Advanced practical knowledge in Adobe Suite and MS products
- 2D animation or Motion Graphics would be advantageous
- Experience in Storyline and SCORM
- Filmmaking (video recording, audio recording, directing, lighting, etc.), Illustration, Adobe Captivate, CSS and JavaScript are advantageous
- All applicants are required to submit a digital portfolio

- Well-developed writing skills (English) with high attention to detail
