Duties & Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Materials:  Work closely with sales management to create a range of impactful digital and video marketing collateral to promote our brand, improve cold email outreach lead conversion, and establish initial value proposition.
  • Identifying influencers and channel partners: Identify effective influencers who could be thought leaders and industry champions for Winjit product and offerings.  Also initiating campaigns to identify potential channel partners with synergy for the industries with which Winjit operates.
  • Video Marketing Materials:  Concurrent with digital marketing efforts, create, edit, and deliver compelling and modern video marketing materials, including behind-the-scenes experience, thought leadership messages, customer testimonials, product/service overviews, and video blogs/posts.
  • Online and Outbound Marketing Assets:  Identify, collect, create, manage, and utilize a range of marketing assets, such as emails, sales templates, website/blog content and images, intended to support sales-related initiatives online.
  • Tactical Sales Collateral:  Create, maintain, and evolve a range of tactical sales collateral to improve sales engagements, including corporate presentations, case studies, press releases, white papers, corporate brochures, and solution examples.
  • Supporting Sales Tools:  Develop and deliver required supporting sales tools, including, product catalogs, pre-qualification questionnaires, customer surveys, associated pricing tables, ROI/comparison tools, as well as proposal templates.
  • Cross-Platform Social Media Marketing:  Deliver and leverage our full range of marketing tools and efforts across various platforms, including Winjit Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media channels.
  • Pipeline Growth:  Target the above-outlined marketing efforts, including email campaigns, to create larger funnel of sales opportunities towards pipeline build.
  • Accelerated Customer Acquisition: Development of marketing content and overlapping platforms that empower client engagements with thought leadership, legitimacy, authenticity, and creativity.
  • Event Management: Help target, design, coordinate, execute on, and track metrics related to marketing/promotional events, including exhibitions, webinars, speaking engagements, and attendance at industry-specific shows, all intended to further establish Winjit’s thought leadership in our core markets.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Fluency in working with conventional and unconventional marketing platforms, not limited to social media, LinkedIn, and associated tools, including Sales Navigator and other emerging digital media platforms.
  • Ability to identify and work with influencers specialized in B2B segments.
  • Proven experience in creation of marketing collateral, including online, PDFs, etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of video creation, editing, and delivery in multiple forms.
  • Well-versed in marketing/communication across various social media platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in outbound marketing/campaign software platforms and tools.
  • Familiarity with web analytics (Web Trends, Google Ad words, and SEO).
  • Proficient in MS Office and related tools, including MS Forms and Teams.
  • Proven experience as marketing or similar role for software/technology companies.
  • BSc/BA in marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • Fluency in Spanish a strong bonus skill, due to our expansion in Latin America.
