My client a 5 Star Boutique Hotel in the Eastern Cape is recruiting for a management couple to cover the following positions : He - Assistant Farm Manager / Guide and She - Front Office Agent / Reservationaist .
Remuneration structure:
- Basic Salary as advertised
- Two bedroom flat on site
- Meals on duty

Requirements
He - Assistant Farm Manager / Field Guide
- Matric
- Tertiary Qualification - Game Farm Management , Field Guide FGASA Level 1/2
- Hospitality Diploma - preferred
- Strong Maintenance skills and background preferred
She: Receptionist / Reservationist
- Matric
- Tertiary Qualification - Hospitality Diploma or similar
- Strong Admin Skills
- PAN Strat experience - preferred
Duties and Responsibilities
He - Assistant Farm Manager / Field Guide
- Assist the General Manager to manage the overall daily operations of the game farm
- Provide supervision and direction to staff
- responsible for purchasing tools, equipment and other materials.
- General Maintenance
- Field Guiding
- Game Drives
- Road and Fence repair as well as upkeep
She - Receptionist / Reservations
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
