Green Office, a leading Managed Print Service (MPS) provider, is recruiting for a Managed Print Service Consultant/Account Manager in their Durban branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing MPS projects within existing accounts/customers and growing the revenue of the respective accounts.

The successful incumbent will visibly demonstrate the “x-factor”  regarding customer service , take ownership for their performance and customer service and be able to demonstrate the revenue growth they have personally brought in their existing clients.

Job Description/Overview:

MPS is a solution-based service offering which requires us to constantly monitor, analyse and report on the document flow processes of our corporate clients. The objective of MPS could be summarized as gaining complete control of all client document flow processes with the aim to reduce the overall client paper usage and related costs. Our vision is to “pioneer document solutions” through making business more efficient and sustainable.

To succeed in this role, applicants must be highly organized with excellent project management skills with an extremely high level of attention to detail.  Applicants must be good at nurturing existing relationships and building trust and also have the ability to identify up sale and cross sale opportunities.

 

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Proactively working with clients to ensure we are adding value to their business environments and providing them with different solutions
  • Liaising with internal Green Office departments to achieve and secure new MPS clients.
  • Identifying client needs & objectives and meeting them within agreed deadlines.
  • Using Pastel Evolution and CRM systems (training provided).
  • Ensuring general administration is maintained.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years Account Management experience is essential and preferably with Office Automation/ICT industry experience.
  • Project management experience is important.
  • IT qualification required (BTech/National Diploma: Information Technology or BSC Information Systems)
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture.
  • Driver’s license and own reliable transport are essential
  • Proficient using MS Office – especially Excel.
  • Must have a flare for working on various computer systems.
  • CRM or good customer relationship skill set.

Remuneration & Benefits:

 

  • Provident Fund
  • Non-guaranteed performance based bonus
  • Basic salary of R20 000 - R22 000
  • Commission
