Description
We Buy Cars has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team at our Head office in Midstream!

Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a creative marketing and development team
- Coming up with innovative, creative designs and ideas
- Strong conceptual ability and excellent time management skills are required in order to meet very tight deadlines
- Provide design support for all departments in WeBuyCars
- Creative, bi-directional project management
- Collaborate and build strong, long-term relationships with suppliers
- Be able to conceptualise and execute design work for digital and traditional media and stay on top of industry trends
- Ensure that brand guidelines are followed and improved on
- Branding and interior design of all branches. Spatial planning ability required
- Print design including but not limited to billboards, banners, vehicle branding, brochures, pamphlets, stickers, merchandise, advertisements and signs
- Corporate stationery design as well as creative asset design for electronic communications and presentation design
- Creation of offline support documents such as manual contracts and invoices
- Creative assets for digital advertising platforms, such as Google AdWords, Google gallery ads, e-mail advertising and third-party advertising platforms
- A high-level understanding of Digital advertising integration, social media and SEO optimisation for design collateral
- Design of creative content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube)
- UI design and supply of creative assets for website and mobile applications.
- A high-level understanding of responsive design, bootstrap, HTML, CSS, Android design and iOS design is required
- The implementation of consistent Quality Control for the WeBuyCars brand - both internally and externally, on every platform used and, in any format, required
Skills:
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritise accordingly
- Script writing and copy writing
Software proficiencies:
- Adobe CC
- Photoshop (Required) // Illustrator (Required) // InDesign (Required) // Acrobat Pro (Required) // Premier Pro (Proficient) // After Effects (Proficient)
- Microsoft Office
Minimum Requirements:
- Junior-level graphic and multimedia designer
- Min 5 years’ experience with a strong design portfolio across multiple platform (Include email portfolio in application)
