Description
An food manufacturing company in Sunderland ridge is looking for a Site Supervisor. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in the HR/IR industry. The suitbale candidate should have a passion for growing and developing people, lots of patience and excellent communication and administration skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
Booking of staff
Controlling head count on site
Arrange replacements in time for shift start
Disciplinary action when needed
Production management - Ensure production targets are reached
Communication with staff
Timesheet control for payroll
General Administration
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must be able to work day & night shift
Reside close to Centurion
Own transport required
Must have Matric
IR/HR qualification will be beneficial
Experience with managing staff will be beneficial
IR/HR experience beneficial
General Adminisrtation skills
Excellent Communication skills
Package & Remuneration
Market related depending on experience and qualification
