Duties & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Assist with the system integration\implementation between Point of sales system and other OKFD systems.
  • Implement and support other Company systems (Money Market, etc.)
  • Liaising with 3rd Party providers & SLA’s
  • Assist with the investigations of data queries, stock takes, etc.
  • Training: Point of Sale Systems, Money Market, Basic PC training etc.
  • Reporting: Weekly Monthly Reports – store visits, problem stores reporting on system issues
  • Position requires travelling between stores.
  • Supporting Microsoft products

Desired Experience & Qualification

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric
  • Related IT Degree / Diploma
  • Experience in retail sector
  • Experience in implementation and support of Company Systems
  • Experience in providing supporting / training on Point of Sale and Microsoft products
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with investigation of data queries, stock takes, etc.
  • Experience in managing 3rd Party Providers and SLA’s
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Solid report writing skills.
  • Problem solving skills, solution driven.
  • Willing to travel extensively between stores to meet with operational outcomes of Business.
