We are looking for Hub Administator to join our dynamic team

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily reporting Sales order inflow
  • Ensure credit vetting is done as per the policies
  • Complete daily inflow on System
  • Ensure daily invoicing is done
  • Provide necessary reports and information to Leader
  • Assist with Monthly stock count.
  • Processing of orders
  • AP statements to be sent to head office for payments. And follow up on payments.
  • Ensure all our vendors are paid up and the accounts are open for purchasing
  • Ensure that all warden companies are paid
  • Ensure invoices and orders are matched up for GRN
  • Process cancellations and submit to HQ
  • Updates on KPI’s
  • Petty cash control and administration
  • Manage cleaning lady.
  • All HR related matters
  • Manage credit control in general
  • Cash collection and banking
  • Assist with debtors & credit queries
  • Assist with invoices to be sent out to clients
  • Assist with walk in clients
  • Assist with receptionist duties.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Fully computer literate/ Word/ Excel/ Power Point
  • Grade 12.
  • Being a team player

  • You will be required to perform ad hoc functions from time to time and within reason and your scope of ability.
