Description
An exciting opportunity for qualifying individuals. Senwes, the leading agricultural company in South Africa with a rich and proud history which extends over a period of 112 years is seeking the services of a dynamic HR Officer: Employee Relations.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Ensure that proactive labour relations legislation, and company policies and procedures are consistently applied and they promote co-operation and respect amongst all levels of staff to achieve stable and healthy workforce and relationships
* Facilitate and chair disciplinary inquiries and grievance procedures, and act as a Human Resources representative
* Maintain Group wide employee forums
* Monitor forum progress and conduct monthly reporting
* Uphold and maintain the auditing of a comprehensive IR administration system
Desired Experience & Qualification
* At least 1 years’ experience within Employee Relations Management
* Relevant B-Degree Qualification in HR/ER
* Knowledge about SA Labour Law
* Knowledge of relevant HR Policies (in-house)
* Excellent understanding of HR best practice and ability to apply this to employee relations cases
