Richards Bay
- Manage the recruitment of staff in conjunction with Management
- Conduct reference checks and exit interviews
- Coordinate the orientation and performance management processes
- Maintain the HR filing system
- Check the accuracy, completeness and correctness of documents for timeous submission to the Payroll Department
- Process all administration with regards to COID, UIF, New Appointments, Terminations, etc Oversee all disciplinary enquiries and ensure that all disciplinary procedures are adhered to in conjunction with Head Office
- Coordinate uniform fittings and attend to all queries
- Perform ad hoc duties as and when required
- Minimum Human Resources Diploma or Btech Degree
- At least 3 years experience performing generalist Human Resources functions
- Excellent working knowledge of BCEA, LRA and EEA
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and experience of the VIP Premier/People Payroll system (preferable)
- Ability to cope in a pressurised environment
- Experience working within a Private Hospital environment would be an added advantage
