Description
Our client is looking for Healthcare Sales Reps to join their team. The ideal incumbent should have experience as a Sales Rep for a Clinic, Pharmaceutical company or anywhere within Healthcare.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ability to identify business opportunities and successful manage commercial risks
- Set a sales strategy to achieve growth in the company’s Point of Care products in your sales region
- Identifying and establishing new business
- Promote the Point of Care product portfolio to existing and new customers
- Promoting the company’s Point of Care products within a local territory and beyond local territory
- Negotiating contracts
- Compile and submit relevant reports
- To conduct sales and follow-up calls
- Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists
- Undertaking relevant research
- Continuous relationship building with all stakeholders
- Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals and customers
- Maintaining detailed records
- Attending and organising trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings where necessary
- Prepare for sales call i.e. promotional material, sales quote etc.
- Managing budgets
- Reviewing sales performance
- Writing reports and other documents.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Diploma/Degree
- At least 3 years healthcare sales experience
- Experience in Clinical, Pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales required
- Fluent in English
- Willing to Travel
- Excel Skills
