Responsibilities
Minimum requirements:
- 4 year B.Ed or Bachelor’s degree and PGCE
- Knowledge and experience of the UK curriculum
- Leadership experience in the primary school environment
- 7+ years teaching experience
- Advanced knowledge of teaching as provided for in the professional qualification
- Proficient management and leadership abilities
- Registered with SACE
Competencies:
- Strong teaching and assessment skills, demonstrating knowledge of contemporary pedagogy practices In-depth understanding of the UK Education system
- Basic understanding of budget systems and controls
- Extensive knowledge in Apple and Google for Education
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to share a vision with enthusiasm and the ability to inspire others
- Excellent communication skills encompassing all areas (verbal, written, interpersonal, public)
- Proficiency in media
