Responsibilities

Minimum requirements:

  • 4 year B.Ed or Bachelor’s degree and PGCE
  • Knowledge and experience of the UK curriculum
  • Leadership experience in the primary school environment
  • 7+ years teaching experience
  • Advanced knowledge of teaching as provided for in the professional qualification
  • Proficient management and leadership abilities
  • Registered with SACE

Competencies:

  • Strong teaching and assessment skills, demonstrating knowledge of contemporary pedagogy practices In-depth understanding of the UK Education system
  • Basic understanding of budget systems and controls
  • Extensive knowledge in Apple and Google for Education
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to share a vision with enthusiasm and the ability to inspire others
  • Excellent communication skills encompassing all areas (verbal, written, interpersonal, public)
  • Proficiency in media
