Your Role as Head of Science Department:
- Department Administration: Oversee the smooth functioning of the Science Department, managing subject-related issues and coordinating collaboration among the teachers.
- Professional Development: Share innovative ideas and best practices in science education, empowering your team with the latest pedagogical approaches.
- Academic Progress: Take pride in the academic progress of our students, ensuring a high standard of science education and fostering a love for the subject.

Requirements:
- Science Expertise: A strong academic background in science, with expertise in both Physics and Chemistry.
- Educational Leadership: Proven leadership experience, capable of inspiring and leading a team of dedicated educators.
- IB and IEB Knowledge: Familiarity with both the IB and IEB programme would be an advantage but is not a requirement as training in the IB will be provided.
- Passion for Education: A genuine love for teaching and learning, committed to making a positive impact on students’
