Duties & Responsibilities
Job & Company Description:
The successful appointee will be responsible for ownership of the reporting process for the regulator on solvency matters, leading the preparation and analysis of reporting material for various stakeholders, and owning technical disclosures in line with IFRS 17. They will also take charge on the building and maintenance of forecasting and capital models, take ownership of loss estimates where applicable, and be responsible for the business's reinsurance placement.
Education:
- Actuarial Fellow
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- 6 – 8 years of experience in Short-Term Insurance.
- Working knowledge of IFRS 4 and 17.
- Strong SQL programming skills are highly advantageous
