Description
This is a professional leadership position. The incumbent will need to exercise influence and authority over schools and their teams to deliver on the academic strategy of the group and the brand. The brand being Gaborone International School with the three schools on campus, preschool, preparatory, and high school.
Education (Formal Qualification required)

- Experience as Head of Academics in a reputable School in Botswana.
- Strong communication skill both verbal and electronically.
- Strategic planning with strong analytical skills.
- Strong Future focused approaches to learning.
- Must be able to develop teams and keep up with the latest educational practices.
Experience (Minimum Experience required – type and number of years)
- Teaching Experience: Year(s) 5 years
- Managerial Experience: Year(s) 3 years
- Head of Academics Experience: Year(s) 7 years
