Description
Cost to company around R3 300 000 million + short term & long term incentives
·Qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) - non-negotiable with atleast 13 years post article experience
·Africa Exposure
·Management Level at a Globally listed or JSE listed Company
·Industry exposure would ideally come from a services type industry such as Information Technology, automotive etc
·Stakeholder engagement held a management role in a matrix organization
·Leadership capability
·Building, mentoring and coaching
·Experience around automation, efficiencies, controls
·Forecasting, planning & analysis functions for lines of business within the group to achieve all managerial and reporting objectives, and deliverables of the company
·Report and present results to internal and external board
·Operational finance, procurement, internal controls, policies and procedures, managing suppliers & contractors
