Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Bookkeeping
- Accurate and timely processing of journal entries/invoices/statements
- International Finance
- International Banking, Letter of credit
- Monthly preparation of balance sheet reconciliations for allocated sections in format fit for management review
- Timely and accurate resolution of reconciling items
- Accurate and timely invoicing of finance debtors
- Timely collection of finance debtors
- Clear finance debtors aging monthly
- Accurate and timely processing of intercompany invoices and invoicing of intercompany debtors
- Ensuring intercompany balances are reconciled
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Obtaining/providing intercompany balances with related parties (Balance sheet and Income statement)
- Assisting management with any Budget/Forecast related items
Support to business and external parties
- Assist the business with any ad hoc queries or information/task as appropriate
- Supply auditors with required information and support
- Draft and maintain SOP’s and process documents
- Maintenance of SAP system including, but not limited to new Account, Cost centre and Profit centre creation, GL account maintenance and updating of relevant tables
