Description
TRACKER requires the services of a Field Support Supervisor in the Technical Support Department at our Johannesburg Head Office. We require a diligent and self-motivated individual, who can effectively manage and support the Field Support team to ensure the team meets Tracker’s organisational objectives and be a part of a performance driven team. Duties & Responsibilities
- Client needs analysis pertaining to system training requirements
- Training on the use of Empower, Tracker web app & Webfleet,
- Technical Support staff training
- Training on PND
- Effective management and development of staff
- Recordkeeping – leave management; timekeeping; etc.
- Discipline and Performance Management
- Effective delegation and work allocation within department
- Manage and drive the departments operational outputs and deliverables
- Ensure team is kept abreast with new developments and changes
- Ensure equipment functionality upheld and maintained
- Bi-weekly client management meetings
- Statistical Reports
- Query escalations
- Communications and/or customer feedback
- Operational reports for management feedback
- Representation and initiation at disciplinary hearings and/or CCMA
- User acceptance testing
- Regional Support (IT, Demos and presentations) when called upon
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Qualification and Experience
- Matric
- Information Management Diploma (IT)
- 5 years Information support experience (preferably within Tracking Industry)
- Product knowledge
- Strategic Operations
- Strategic Problem solving attributes
- High attention to detail
- High Business acumen
