Description
A successful high-end boutique retailer focusing in clothing and accessories is seeking to employ a hands-on Assistant Manager for their new branch opening in the V&A Waterfront soon. The ideal candidate will be someone that has a background in the fashion industry with supervisory experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the opening and closing of the store.
- Supports the manager in the daily business operations of a store
- Carrying out directives given by the manage
- Supervising employees.
- Positive and effective communication with customers.
- Responding to customer concern and complaints.
- Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and presentable for customers.
- Maintain production levels.
- Process of sales.
Requirements:
- Matric.
- Experience as a retail Supervisor in a clothing and accessory store.
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interaction skills.
- Up to date with the latest fashion trends.
- Sales personality.
- Able to work extended hours over the festive season, would need to be able to work later shifts at times.
Remuneration:
- Basic salary, commission on sales, fashion allowance.
