Description
Kendrick Recruitment is now looking for a Executive Chef to be located at a private 5* lodge based in Limpopo.
We are looking for an efficient and effective leader to oversee the kitchen offering support and advise to all levels of chefs and staff. The individual must have a professional and outgoing personality who is motivated, energetic and creative and be willing to working in a remote location.
The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu creation, all health and hygiene requirements, maintenance of the kitchen and kitchen admin along with budget and stock control.
The following requirements and qualifications are a MUST:
- Recognised Culinary qualification
- 5 years as a Head or Executive Chef in a similar 5* LODGE environment
- Knowledge of current culinary trends in both Food and beverage
- Knowledge in Boma catering and events
- Dietary requirements
- A passion for food and wine
- Excellent managerial skills
- Computer literate
This amazing position is available immediately.
Accommodation, meals, uniform on as well as a salary between R20,000 - R25,000.
