Description
We're currently Dutch Speaking Trainer (Cape Town) ONLY, within a Contact Centre environment. A customer service trainer specializes in training and mentoring customer service personnel within the workplace.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Experience- centric solutions to empower the end-user of our customers
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs in Dutch
- Conduct employee surveys and interviews in Dutch.
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
- Track and compile collected data.
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
- Communicate training needs and online resources.
- MUST Read , write and speak fluent Dutch
Desired Experience & Qualification
- MUST Read , write and speak fluent Dutch
- Must have previous trainer experience
- Must be e-commerce candidates
- Need to have past experience from a BPO environment
- Must able to type very fast (count of words in a minute)
Package & Remuneration
- Salary : Dutch Contact Centre Trainer R 18 500 per onth
