Description
Our client, within the Retail industry is looking for a Divisional Training Manager to join their team. The successful Candidate will reside in Gauteng.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and assess current and future divisional training and development needs
- Ensure alignment of divisional training needs with Group Learning Framework and KPI’s
- Compilation of a comprehensive training and development plan & training budget for the division
- Drive and deliver decentralized BBBEE scorecard targets
- Manage and coordinate accredited and non-accredited training initiatives for the divisions
- Coordinate divisional training initiatives, ensuring compliance with training procedures and reporting requirements, including the scheduling of instructor-led and virtual training interventions
- Participate in activities that determine the success of interventions
- Deliver, analyse and/or interpret training reports
- Compile and manage an operational training plan and budget for the division (in consultation with the Divisional HR Manager)
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resources or related field (essential)
- Qualified Assessor (essential)
