Description
JD Group's Traditional Retail Division is looking for a Digital and E Commerce Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence within all E- Commerce functions within the Division in order to ensure the sustainability, profitability and growth of E-Commerce within the Division, ensuring alignment with E- Commerce strategic objectives.
- Manage, implement and drive the strategies, policies & procedures and daily activities of the Divisions E- Commerce platforms to ensure profitability
- Drive the achievement of E- Commerce operating sales and income budgets for the Division
- Drive operational relationships with channel partners and Chain Exco
- Drive risk and compliance standards within the Chains E- Commerce platforms
- Direct customer centricity
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Relevant business related degree with 3 - 5 years Retail experience
