Description
We are currently recruiting a Conveyancer for our client, a well-established law firm based in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for Development Transfer work.
Duties & Responsibilities
- A minimum of 8 years Development Transfer experience
- Experience processing matters from initial instruction including Opening of Sectional Title Registers to drafting all finances is required
- Handling developments, plot, and plan from inception to finalization
- Excellent in finances
- Great attention to detail
- The ability to function independently
- Emotional maturity,
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric/Grade 12
- Admitted Attorney
- Admitted Conveyancer
- Notary Public (Advantageous)
Package & Remuneration
Market related salary offered with consideration given to solid experience.
