Well established law firm in Pretoria East is looking for a Deceased Estate Administrator or Legal Secretary dealing with Deceased Estates to join their team
Duties & Responsibilities
MinimumĀ requirements:
- Grade 12
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Afrikaans and English
- Experience in the Administration of Deceased Estates, inter Vivos trust administration or experience as a Personal Assistant to a Director or Partner at a Law Firm
- Multi-tasker, diligent, be able to work independently and have excellent management skills
- Will manage the Trust and Deceased Estate Department and must therefore have suitable experience
- Arranging consultations with clients
- Attending to the administrative functions associated with winding up of deceased estates
- Arranging of annual general meetings of trustees
