Overview
Global company requires a CRM Customer Care/Client Relations Consultant with at least 12 months experience within a sales or customer facing role.
Minimum Requirements:
Completed Bachelor’s degree with a Marketing related major
1 + years Customer care/ service experience
Excellent oral and written skills in English
Excellent computer literacy
Ability to multitask and maintain a high-level of organization
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients via email and telephone in a professional manner
Performing client portfolio analysis and taking action where required
Promoting available products and services to clients
Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients
Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results
Desired Experience & Qualification
