Description
The purpose of this role is to support the operations of product offered by the credit department so that the customers’ and Partner’s experience is smooth
Duties & Responsibilities
Purpose of the Department:
• To operate and support the credit systems
• To ensure that system changes are appropriately tested
• To process Partner requests
• To investigate and resolve system issues that do not require the Dev team
• To test and approve new functionality
Partner Queries and Requests
• Reloading customer offers on request
• Calculating and processing settlement requests and rebates
• Calculating and processing offer restructures (includes term extensions and moving between accounts)
• Resolving customer offer queries
• Calculating and processing ad-hoc relief requests
• Liaise closely with the Partner Operations teams
System Operations
• To generate and distribute reports to partners and management
• To support Partner Qlikview reporting
• Ensuring system hygiene and actioning required fixes
• To take ownership of system issues: investigate system issues and resolve or
escalate to the Dev team and then track resolution
User Acceptance Testing
• To test and approve new functionality before it goes into production
Teamwork
• Develop a good working relationship the operations and technology team
• Develop a good working relationship with the Partner Operations teams
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Education Level Required
Matric but a post matric qualification in operations or technology would be
advantageous
The minimum experience level required
