Description

Are you a tech Savvy Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience in an analyst role looking for your next career opportunity? Our client, a business dedicated to implementing and improving programs set to battle HIV and TB, is looking for a strong skilled analyst to join their team and assist with measuring and evaluating the success of these projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

Facilitate and contribute to development objectives and implement impact assessment strategy for Programmes

Find and prioritize areas of focus for rigorous assessment of impact; confirm with internal and external stakeholders

Decide measuring and evaluation needs; develop plan and execute

Research and monitor equivalent studies in parallel vectors, ensuring that the company is aware of evolving standards and specific referenced impact studies

Support Field-based teams to conduct studies that not only result in important impact findings but also strengthen relationships and benefits from partnering with the division

Guide and support development of workplans, protocols and timelines

Facilitate oversight of implementation and reporting

Generate relevant insights from data

Together with key stakeholders, develop a plan to design and execute a program, common data collection framework, and body of research

Collaboratively develop and/or help refine various approaches to treatment and prevention of HIV and TB by players active in this field; develop multi-year plans, set up milestones, ensure meaningful M&E work is incorporated, implementation is timely and complete, and the outcomes are achieved and leveraged


Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 5 or more years postgraduate work experience in an Analytics role, Project Management or similar

A good understanding of the Public Health sector Jargon will be beneficial

Tech Savvy with the ability to learn new software

People Management


Qualification:

Graduate Degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent
