Description
Associate / Senior Associate with 2 to 3 years PQE with specialty in financing assets in the transportation industries (ships, aircraft and rolling stock). wide range of domestic and cross-border bilateral and syndicated transactions.
Export Credit Agency (ECA) supported financings, high value tax-based and non-tax-based lease structures, lease portfolio transfers / reorganizations, limited recourse financing, receivables financing and off-balance sheet structures
Knowledge in advising on the the full spectrum of aviation finance deals, including secured loan financing, operation leasing, engine financing, manufacturer support and export credit transactions
General banking and finance experience required
