Description
A client in the beauty and cosmetics industry is seeking an Area Cosmetics Manager to join their organisation. This position is situated in Polokwane, Limpopo.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor sales for the designated stores on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and draft action plans for the underperforming stores to ensure that all stores deliver the required results
- Conduct performance meetings with the Store management where the stores are underperforming
- Assess store's sales performance on a daily and weekly basis
- Ensure all monthly promotions are implemented as per instructions in stores
- Regularly improve merchandising in-store and ensure stores maintain presentation standards
Desired Experience & Qualification
- National Diploma in Marketing/ Communication/ Sales
- Must have Cosmetics/ beauty and retail experience
- Minimum 4 years cosmetics/ beauty area manager experience
- Minimum 4 years of team leader/ supervisory experience
- Minimum 6-8 years of retail and cosmetics experience
- Minimum 4 years experience in a supervisory role
- Must have their own vehicle
- Must reside in Limpopo
