POSITION: Permanent

COMMENCEMENT: As soon as possible

Duties & Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Our Client looking for an experienced and focused Administration Clerk to join the team in the Buying Department.

 

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

· Admin support to Buyers

· Daily sundry payments

· Monthly turnover / incentive reports

· Reconciling of loan accounts

· Assisting debtor clerks with claims capture

· General Administrative duties

· Capturing buying related data on the buying system

· Top candidates will be focused, diligent, energetic and have good people skills. 

Desired Experience & Qualification

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates eligible to work/stay in Namibia ie: Namibian Citizen / Permanent Resident / valid work permit, etc

· Matric

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Clerk within a large organization 

· Retail / FMCG Sector experience

· Microsoft Excel proficiency a MUST – Must have experience working with V-Lookups, formulas.

· Knowledge of Buying systems Google Suite and/or related systems

· Excellent Typing skills / Accuracy is key

· Excellent communication skills (fluent in English and Afrikaans, verbal and written)

· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.

· Resolve store queries (via e-mail and telephonic)

· Good work ethics

· Own reliable transport and willing to go the extra mile to meet with operational requirements.
