Description
Masibambane College is an independent school situated in Orange Farm, some 50km south of Johannesburg. The College caters for 1200 students from Grade R to Grade 12. Masibambane is an English medium school and follows the CAPS curriculum. The school is a member of the Independent Schools Association of Southern Africa (ISASA) and partners with the Anglican Church, Education Africa and St. Johns College.

The School seeks to fill the following teaching position.
Responsibilities
- Relevant Bachelors Degree and a PGCE or HDE
- Experience in teaching Accounting up to Grade 12 level, Business Studies Grade 10 – 12 and EMS Grade 8 – 9
- Extensive knowledge of CAPS and National Senior Certificate curriculum
- A proven track record of Matric Accounting and Business Studies results
- Execute academic policy and procedure
- Understand and promote the ethos and vision of the College
- Outstanding organisational and administrative skills
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience as a Head of Department
- Be a dynamic, driven person with a desire for educational excellence
- Ability to inspire and encourage staff and learners to seek and maintain high standards of performance
- Have strong leadership experience and leadership qualities in order to lead a dynamic and professional team
- Be willing to be part of a successful team at a school with a well-established academic record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all stakeholders
- Energetic, enthusiastic and ability to use initiative
- Work as part of a team
- In possession of a valid Police Clearance
- SACE registered
