Description
We are looking for a 360 Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Table View.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Experience with full 360 recruitment (permanent and contractors)
- Must have recent business development experience
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline (both client and candidate)
- Managing the full recruitment process (including negotiating offers, on-boarding process, keeping track of placements, etc.), as well as managing relationships with clients and candidates.
- Developing a referral network, and demonstrating excellent headhunting skills
- Understanding the business of each client in order to provide top calibre resources.
- Sourcing tactics, headhunting and the ability to effectively screen and shortlist quality candidates.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- 3-5 years agency experience in a generalist role (Preferably engineering, production, FMCG, mining)
- Completed matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
- Proven track record of placement history is required (permanent and contractor)
- Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment, and to work extended hours when required
