The ideal candidate is one who:
- has a 4-year teaching degree and/or PGCE with full SACE registration;
- adheres to the Christian Ethos of the School;
- has a natural inclination toward constant improvement and personal growth;
- is innovative and maintains a positive, professional relationship with all stakeholders;
- is confident in curriculum management, mapping, and reporting of pupil progress;
- is proficient in English with good verbal and written communication skills;
- is computer literate and has experience working with an online Learner Management System such as Google Classroom and EdAdmin;
- is willing to be actively involved in extra-curricular activities and has coaching experience for boys’ sports
